湖大有没有vc学的很好的？

我是菜鸟，c++学的还不错，但是用vc编程时对mfc控件把握不住，是高手可以进来交流一下
顺便问一下，在mfc中间UNIT和******—-ITEMS是什么模块单元？
我在用《visual c++6.0 mfc时尚编程百例》一书第一例时编译抱错
